Shipping Policy

Ⅰ. Scope of Application

  • This policy applies to orders within Australia.

  • We currently ship within Australia, covering all states, territories, metropolitan areas, and most regions.

  • Some remote or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or distant postal codes) may not be accessible or may require confirmation.

  • If you are unsure whether your address is within the service area, please contact customer support before placing your order.

Ⅱ. Shipping Fees and Pricing

  • Orders totaling 138.00 AUD or more will qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders under 138.00 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee of 8.20 AUD.

  • Prices include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian law.

  • The platform uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all relevant taxes, duties, and fees are included in the displayed price.

  • No additional fees are due upon receipt.

Ⅲ. Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid for before 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the same day.

    • Orders paid for after 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the next business day.

    • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next available working day.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after processing.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Delivery is expected within 7 to 15 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and other shipping conditions.

  • Shipping Providers:

    • Shipments are handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking available throughout the journey.

  • Delays:

    • If there are any delays, customers will be notified via email.

Ⅳ. Order Tracking

  • After shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email with:

    • Order number

    • Carrier name

    • Tracking link

  • Customers can track the order status and estimated delivery date at any time using the tracking link.

Ⅴ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

  • Check your package immediately upon receipt.

  • If you encounter any of the following issues, please take clear photos and contact customer support within 48 hours:

    • Lost or incorrectly delivered packages

    • Severe packaging damage

    • Damaged or defective items

  • After review, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.

  • Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery details or contact information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

Ⅵ. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping:

    • You can request order changes or cancellations within 72 hours of placing your order.

  • After Shipping:

    • Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
