Sales Tax and DDP Delivery Policy

Ⅰ. Price and Components

  • All prices include Australian GST and customs duties.

  • The final amount to be paid will be the total displayed on the checkout page, with no additional payment required upon receipt.

Ⅱ. Price Transparency

  • During checkout, your order's key components will be displayed:

    • Product price

    • Australian GST

    • Shipping costs

    • Customs and import fees

    • Clearing charges

  • The actual cost breakdown will vary depending on the order details and shipping address.

Ⅲ. Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

  • Orders shipped to Australia are subject to GST, which is already included in the product price or final amount at checkout.

  • If there are any changes in tax rules or consumption tax rates, the display of prices will be adjusted accordingly.

  • No separate declaration of GST collected or included is required from customers.

Ⅳ. DDP Delivery

  • All orders are shipped under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, meaning taxes and duties are paid before arrival in Australia.

  • Customers are not required to clear customs or pay additional fees.

  • Shipments are handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS and include full tracking.

  • In case of address errors, delivery failure, or customs inspections, customer support will assist.

Ⅴ. Shipping, Fees, and Timelines

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid by 6:00 PM (AEST) will start processing on the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the following day.

    • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping Time: Orders are expected to arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and transport conditions.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Orders totaling 138.00 AUD or more will qualify for free shipping.

    • AU$8.20 shipping fee for orders below AU$138.00.

  • If additional charges occur due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, those costs will be borne by the customer.

Ⅵ. Customs Documents

  • Commercial invoice (either digital or printed)

  • Import or transport declarations

  • Labels or information required by the destination market.

Ⅶ. Invoices and Billing Information

  • At checkout or after order completion, customers can view:

    • The total order amount

    • Applicable taxes and shipping fees

  • Electronic invoices will be provided for after-sales inquiries, returns, or personal reference.

Ⅷ. Scope of Application

  • This policy applies to orders within mainland Australia.

  • Orders may be delivered to certain islands or remote regions of Australia, depending on logistics.
